The following is the full text of Missouri’s fire protection licensing law statutes as published in the Missouri Code. For the official version, see the Missouri Legislature.
Mo. Rev. Stat. § 100.050
100.050 , shall state the date on which the governing body of the municipality will first consider approval of the plan, and shall invite such school districts, community college districts, ambulance district board operating under chapter 190 , fire protection district board operating under chapter 321 , counties, or cities to submit comments to the governing body and the comments shall be fairly and duly considered.
â 2.  Notwithstanding any other provisions of this section to the contrary, for purposes of determining the limitation on indebtedness of local government pursuant to Section 26(b), Article VI, Constitution of Missouri, the current equalized assessed value of the property in an area selected for redevelopment attributable to the increase above the total initial equalized assessed valuation shall be included in the value of taxable tangible property as shown on the last completed assessment for state or county purposes.
â 3.  The county assessor shall include the current assessed value of all property within the school district, community college district, ambulance district board operating under chapter 190 , fire protection district board operating under chapter 321 , county, or city in the aggregate valuation of assessed property entered upon the assessor's book and verified pursuant to section

â 160.663.   Anti-intruder door locks, requirements. â 1.  As used in this section, the following terms mean:
â (1)  "Anti-intruder door lock" , a mechanical or electronic door-locking mechanism on an interior door that is designed to keep an intruder from entering an interior room that shall:
â (a)  Be capable of:
â a.  Locking from inside or outside the room;
â b.  Unlocking from outside the room with a key or other approved means; and
â c.  Locking or unlocking from inside the room without the use of a key or special knowledge or effort; and
â (b)  Control access to the room;
â (2)  "Exterior door or entryway" , any location of normal ingress and egress into or out of a school building;
â (3)  "Interior door" , an egress door from a classroom, office, or other occupied room that provides access to the interior of a building;
â (4)  "Master key box" , an exterior secure master key box that meets the standards prescribed under Underwriters Laboratories Standard 1037 for use by fire protection and law enforcement.
â 2.  Except as otherwise provided in this section, each school district and charter school shall equip each interior door with an anti-intruder door lock.
â 3.  A school district or charter school may equip each school with one or more master key boxes to contain the necessary keys and access tools for fire protection and law enforcement agencies to gain access to exterior or interior doors or entryways, including those equipped with an anti-intruder door lock required under this section.
â 4.  Notwithstanding any provision of this section to the contrary, a school district or charter school shall not be required to equip an interior door with an anti-intruder door lock under this section unless the general assembly specifically appropriates moneys to cover all costs related to equipping such door or entryway with such lock.
â 5.  (1)  Each interior door installed after August 28, 2029, shall be equipped with the required anti-intruder door lock.
â (2)  A school district or charter school may receive donations of master key boxes and moneys for the purchase of master key boxes.
â (3)  A school district or charter school may receive donations of anti-intruder door locks and moneys for the purchase of anti-intruder door locks.
â 6.  Before or in conjunction with equipping interior doors with anti-intruder door locks, each school district and charter school shall develop and implement school building access policies and practices that control access to individual classrooms.
